做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
