做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
