做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
