做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
