做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
