做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
