做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
