做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
