做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
