做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
