做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
