做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
