做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
