做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
