做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
