做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
