做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
