做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
