做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
