做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
