做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
