做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
