做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
