做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
