做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
