做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
