做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
