做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
