做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
