做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
