做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
