做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
