做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
