做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
