做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
