做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
