做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
