做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
