做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
