做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
