做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
