做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
