做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
