做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
