做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
