做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
