做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
