做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
