做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
