做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
